- Solution: Facilitated Brainstorming
A FULL CIRCLE FOR PIVOTAL CIRCLE
Almost two years after I launched the Brainstorming Series in May 2019, which subsequently became the Brainstorming Community, I am proud to share that Initiative 1 members (I1: Mentoring and professional development) have now formed a company: Pivotal Circle.
Here below is the Press Release of Pivotal Circle which launched their activities on the 30th of March 2021:
The team was drawn together by their interest in discussion and meeting new people, as well as the motivation to engage in a variety of activities.
Pivotal Circle offers mentoring and professional development to guide individuals into a successful and desirable professional life.
Mentoring is often a very powerful tool in many developed countries for young professionals to fulfill their ambitions timely.
That’s why we came up with the idea of creating an online platform, which will bring people with knowledge and experience (Mentors) together with people who are in need to access this knowledge and experience (Mentees), from all industries and ages.
The team mentors of Pivotal Circle will perform 1:1 session with you, virtually (online and by phone) or face to face, offering advice and guidance in both Greek and English, or another language, provided it is available by the mentors.
Pivotal Circle will give the chance to people, through the sessions, to discuss career opportunities and obtain advice on their future professional development."
Why was the Brainstorming Series created by Maravilhosa?
- To raise awareness of the importance of brainstorming across different perceptions;
- To get comfortable sharing ideas among a group of people from diverse backgrounds;
- To find purpose in forging ahead with focused actions.
